I just bought Grand Theft Auto San Andreas version 3.0 via Steam and am having trouble running it in 1920x1080 (16:9). In fact, there seem to be no options for 16:9 in any form. I have spent several hours reading/searching forums for a fix with. Also, snapshots and horseshoes (on Achievements) as well, seem to be messed up - i.e. On top of each other too.
